Coats for Kids Wins Ubuntu Award

Coats for Kids, sponsored by Anton’s Cleaners, was recognized for by the Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights at Boston Medical Center with its annual Ubuntu Award during its “Night of Remembrance and Rejoicing” on June 26th. Ubuntu speaks of humaneness, hospitality and sacrificing for the benefit of others. BCRHH felt Coats for Kids was very deserving of this honor, as year after year the program cleans and collects tens of thousands of coats and distributes them to families in need throughout the region.
