Why aren’t your prices listed on the website?
Generally each garment is unique and we treat them as such. The pricing of your garment is applied after it has been inspected by our experienced staff. We follow the care label instructions to ensure the proper cleaning method is applied for best results.
Details that require additional time and expertise that are factored into the price include fabric, embellishments, lining, and more. If you would like a quote on an item prior to cleaning, our customer service representatives would be happy to provide one after inspection.

What is the turnaround time for services?
Turnaround time varies based on location. Our staff will make every effort to accommodate turnaround requests based on your needs.

What is VIP Express? Does it cost extra?
There is no additional fee to be a VIP Express customer. Simply sign up on the website and start enjoying the benefits.

Can anyone use the 24-Hour Drop Box?
The 24-Hour drop box is reserved for our VIP Express Customers. It’s free to sign up, just click here to get started.
Can anyone use the 24-Hour Pick-up kiosk?
A select number of our stores offer the additional convenience for our VIP Express customers with a 24-Hour pick-up kiosk. There is no additional charge to use the kiosk, however you must have a credit card on file for access.

Is my credit card and personal information safe?
Anton’s Cleaners takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers. We are proud to be a PCI Compliant organization. Credit card information is not stored on our website or in our stores, or at the corporate office. Instead, they are encrypted and processed at the highest security standards.
To take additional steps in security, our stores operate on a closed system. Your information and history is only available at the store in which you visit and we are unable to log into your account from another store location.
Why can’t I log into an account update my information?
Anton’s Cleaners takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers. We are proud to be a PCI Compliant organization. Credit card and personal information is not stored on our website. Rather, your billing information is encrypted and processed in a secure environment. For this reason, we are unable to provide log-in access, as we do not hold onto the information ourselves.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
Is pick-up and delivery available?

Is there an added cost for Home Delivery?
Home pick-up and delivery is a complimentary service.
We understand that time is valuable, and clothing care is personal, which is why our home delivery service is an extension of the same great quality and customer care you’ll find in our stores.
Our delivery team develops personal relationships with each home delivery customer – understanding customer preferences and becoming your personal valet for clothing care.

How do I update the credit card associated with my VIP Express account?
If your credit card has recently expired or been replaced, you can update your credit card information here. If you prefer, you can also contact the billing department at (978) 851-3721 and we would be happy to update it for you over the phone.

Why am I asked to present my coupons at drop off?
In our business, dry cleaning is a two-step process. The invoice for your garments are created with your incoming order, so we ask that you please present any coupons at drop-off to ensure your discounts are applied.
My garment was lost, what happens now?
Please contact our corporate office at your earliest convince by calling (978) 851-3721 or emailing email@example.com. We will get you in touch with the district area supervisor right away to resolve the issue.
Why was I asked to sign a waiver form?
While we strive for perfection, there are a limited number of situations where we recognize the increased risk of damage during the cleaning process. In these cases, we request that a waiver be signed so that you fully understand the risks associated with processing that particular garment.
You can be assured that the garment will be processed with extreme care.
Are you Eco Friendly? Do you use PERC?

We continue to strive to shrink our carbon footprint, while providing quality service at competitive prices.
Our equipment replacement plan is based on an ongoing process of analyzing and researching environmentally friendly alternative drycleaning fluids. Anton’s Cleaners has installed Green Earth™ and/or EcoSolv® fluid dry cleaning machines in all locations. We are proud to be 100% PERC-free.
Why do beads and sequins cost more?
Beads, sequin and among other embellishments may affect the final price of your cleaning garment. To ensure proper cleaning, we often pretest embellishments to ensure it can withstand the cleaning process. These details require more time and care by our experienced staff and in turn may incur a small detailing fee.
What is detailing and why am I charged for it?
Each garment is unique and we treat them as such. We follow the care label instructions to ensure the proper cleaning method is applied for best results. Details that require additional time and expertise that are factored into the price include special fabrics, embellishments, lining, and more.
Certain materials require more care than others and they are priced as such. A few examples include:
- Silk and rayon require more labor and detail when pressed as well as for stain removal.
- Down requires twice as long in a dryer as other fiber fills.
- Cashmere requires delicate handling.
Anton’s offers the best in clothing care at competitive prices. We have an ongoing equipment replacement plan and training of our staff to ensure the best possible results.
What is depilling?
Over time fibers in yarns break apart and form little balls called pills. This often happens in areas where friction or abrasion occurs most, at the sleeves and sides. We can remove pills through depilling. Depilling does not harm the garment.
Why are women’s shirts more expensive than men’s?
We don’t charge differently based on gender. A standard button-down shirt without darts is the same price regardless of gender.
Why didn’t the stain come out?
If a stain has been sitting on a garment for an extended period, it may set into the fabric and becomes harder to remove.
In some instances, we will be able to try additional methods to remove a stain, however we will require you signing a waiver to do so (customer accepts the risk). While we strive for perfection, there are a limited number of situations where we recognize the increased risk of damage during the cleaning process. In these cases, we request that a waiver be signed rather than charge a premium. You can be assured that the garment will be processed with extreme care.
What is the turnaround time on Housewares and other specialty items?
We take special care in making sure your households, linens, and other specialty items are properly cleaned and cared for. The process takes approximately two weeks but can vary based on the complexity of your item. Please check with your preferred Anton’s location directly for turnaround estimate.
Do you clean Canada Goose jackets?
Yes! Each Canada Goose jacket that comes through our stores are overseen by the District Area Supervisor. With the latest in dry cleaning technology, equipment, and training we are confident that we will be able to provide the best look and feel in clothing care. All Anton’s Cleaners locations are currently listed as recommended dry cleaners on the Canada Goose website.
