The fourth annual Belle of the Ball took place on April 26, 2008 at Simmons College in Boston. 281 participants found their dream dress with help from enthusiastic personal shoppers.

They also had the opportunity to spend time receiving personal tips on the hottest prom looks from Sharon Haraldstad Artistry consultants of Hull, Hair Cuttery of Cambridge and Carriage Salon & Spa of Cambridge.

Throughout the day, many prizes were raffled off, including gift certificates to department stores, local hair and nail salons, as well as American Idol hats donated by FOX25 and Jewelry donated by the Solomon Schetcher School and Top It Off Accessories.

Showered with individual attention, each girl left feeling like the Belle of the Ball.
