Proms are expensive and our participants need more than a beautiful dress. Financial donations are needed for shoes, jewelry, makeup, and other accessories as well as gift certificates for hair and nail salons, corsages, limo services and other prom-related services.
100% of all donations will go toward enhancing the Belle of the Ball boutique and providing each girl with a magical experience.
Cash contributions and in-kind donations to Belle of the Ball are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Checks should be made payable to Caring Partners, Inc., a 501 (c) (3), tax exempt corporation.

We appreciate all donations made to the Belle of the Ball boutique and consider all our donors In-Kind Partners. Therefore, we are pleased to acknowledge through:
- A media release and other promotional materials
- Acknowledgement in our annual report and on boutique day flyers
- Recognition on a partners page on the Belle of the Ball website
In Kind donations needed:
- New formal shoes
- New, unopened cosmetics
- New purses, evening bags
- New jewelry appropriate for the prom
- Gift certificates for hair, nail and limousine services, corsages, jewelry, and/or accessories
- Gift certificates to department/retail stores, restaurants, movie theatres, and spas
- Sewing supplies (for day of boutique seamstress volunteers) – scissors, colored thread, marking chalk, boxes of pins
- Boutique decorations – balloons, banners, floral arrangements, etc. Snacks/refreshments for volunteers
We will participate in the 2012 Belle of the Ball program as an In-Kind Partner. We understand all donations will be used solely for the purpose of the Belle of the Ball program and will be available prior to the day of the boutique.
