To qualify for the boutique, participants must have a referral form completed by a guidance counselor, teacher, church leader or social service representative. The application period is from February 1 to April 1.

The goal is to provide an opportunity to all qualified participants. All forms are reviewed and referred candidates will receive notification in early April. When notified, participants are expected to confirm their attendance at the boutique by email or telephone.
