can I drop off coats?” A. If you are a collecting school:
All 44 Anton’s Cleaners locations accept good quality
coat donations. For the store nearest you click
here. When dropping off donations, be sure to keep
a copy of your drop off form, hand the form to the Anton’s
clerk and obtain a receipt.

or are a corporate partner:
You can drop off your donations either at Anton’s Cleaners
or Jordan's Furniture. For the nearest Anton’s location,

Q. “Will
Anton’s Cleaners come to a home, school or business to
pick up donated coats?” A. Anton’s Cleaners
does not make pickups. Donated coats must be taken directly
to Anton’s Cleaners during business hours. If you have
an individual or corporate donation, you can also take your
donation to any of the Jordan's Furniture store locations.
Q. “When should schools drop off
their donated coats?” A.
As frequently as possible. Dropping the coats off on a weekly
basis is ideal. When coats are brought to Anton’s regularly,
it helps get them to those in need faster. Q. “What types of coats
do you accept?” A.
As one of the largest coat drives, we accept all winter coats
– kids, adults and babies – that are warm winter
coats in good, wearable condition. Please donate coats
you would give a friend to wear. Do not donate coats that have
rips/tears, broken zippers and/or permanent stains and please
be sure to empty out all pockets.
Q. “Once
coats are collected, who pays for the cleaning?” A.
Anton's cleans all donated coats—free of charge.
Q. “How
do we ensure that our school gets proper credit for the number
of coats collected?” A.
Each school receives a pad of drop-off forms–one must
be filled out each time you bring the coats from your school
to your local Anton’s store. Please be sure to
hand the drop-off form to the Anton’s clerk and obtain
a receipt. Also make a copy of the form each time coats are
dropped off and keep it for your records. All coat
drop-offs must include this form if your school is to get credit
in the School Rewards™ program. If your school needs more

Q. “Who
is eligible for the School Rewards program?” A.
Only elementary and middle schools that have signed up to participate
in the Coats for Kids program are eligible for the
School Rewards program. All schools must be registered.
Q. “Does
Anton’s Cleaners supply IRS forms for tax purposes for
the donated coats?” A.
Yes, ask the customer service rep. for the form. Q. “How can a business be part of the Coats
for Kids program?” A.
More businesses are becoming active participants in the Coats
for Kids program. They find it to be a great way for their
employees to take part in an activity that truly benefits the
community. Coats for Kids provides flyers and posters
to help you solicit coat donations. Coats for Kids
will also recognize businesses making a commitment to collect
